Return Policy
Goods returned must be in factory condition. No credit will be issued for items altered (brushed, combed, picked, worn, chemically treated, washed or not in the original packaging.
We will gladly process any return within the terms of this agreement.
Orders should be checked upon receipt, any missing or damaged goods should be communicated to our office immediately.
- Pre-made units are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for a period of 90 days.
- Program wear or extended wear units are guaranteed for a period of 6 weeks.
- Custom made units are made to order and non-returnable and non-refundable. Claims will be processed and orders remade in the event of a manufacturers defect or error. Claims must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns regarding your custom order.
- Custom made units are unique handmade products and require an estimated 5-6 week for production. Full wigs, oversized & extra long length pieces may take additional time. Rush orders are available upon request.
